My dear Murthy,
Congratulations on achieving the enviable distinction of uninterrupted e-publicaton of very interesting snippets that highlight varied facets of our rich cultural heritage. The thought provoking and informative facts contained in the publications speak volumes of the painstaking research and reading that must have preceded them.
"Anubhyascha mahadbhyascha shastrebhyah kushalo narah | Sarvatah saramadadyat pushpebhya iva shatpadah" ( 'From the smallest things and the biggest in the shastras, the wise one collects the essence as bees collect honey from blooms'), says the Srimadbhagavtam (11-8-10). Your unstinting work is a fitting paradigm. Kudos to you. May your work continue to inform and inspire our youth to drink deep from the fountain of knowledge for many more years.
My hearty congratulations and best wishes.
Yours affectionately and admiring,
~Srikrishna~

Respected Sir,
Hearty Congratulations to you. We at DILIP were very happy to receive
your 10th Anniversary Article. And what an apt article dedicated to
the Goddess of Knowledge, on reaching this milestone.
Though you started ten years back with a certain amount of
trepidation, you have been able to continue this great service,
uninterrupted, for such a long time. The present readership number is
also really remarkable. I am quite sure that every reader, like me,
eagerly awaits your weekly installment with expectation. Your articles
as said before are a reader’s delight, packed with a wealth of
information. On many occasions, we have benefited on account of your
research attitude, as facts virtually unknown have now become known to
us.
As we have been interacting only for the past few years, I am so eager
to know what articles you have penned, from inception till 2007. I
will be happy if you could send me the contents list of the first
seven volumes, only for information, so that some interesting articles
could probably find place in DILIP.
We pray to the Almighty to bestow on you a long, healthy and happy
life, to enable you continue this mission for many more years to come.
With best regards
Vamanan.
Dear Friends,
I am happy to forward this letter from the Editor, DILIP
